## Caption

Opened in 1916, Scioto was designed by Donald Ross as the first 18-hole golf course in central Ohio. By 1926 they hosted the US Open, paving the path toward becoming one of only five golf courses in the United States to have hosted five different major championships. 

In its history, the Club boasts four golf professionals, including legendary Jack Nicklaus, that are in the PGA Hall of Fame.
