The rack attack is back! Moppin and pinky poppin! yumcrunch

MOP SAUCE:
🔸 2 cups vinegar 
🔸 1/2 cup wsauceofficial fireshire
🔸 1/4 brown sugar
🔸 1 tbsp molasses 
🔸 2 sprigs rosemary 
🔸 3 cloves crushed garlic 
🟢TO MAKE: Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pot. Simmer 5 minutes to allow flavors to combine. Let cook then use as needed.

These were smoked at 275 on my webergrills Smokey mountain for a total of 4 hours. I spritzed after the first 2. They came off at 199 internal. The bite was perfect as you can see 👌🏾Seasoned with 2 of my ribs “Pitmaster privilege” and “bang bang flavor gang” with gustusvitae
