Let’s visit 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻, a city whose history dates all the way back to the late 18th century. What used to be known as Wellington Square, United Empire Loyalists began to settle in the area after the Revolutionary War. 

In 1873, the villages of Wellington Square and the main shipping port zone, Port Nelson, merged to become the Village of Burlington. 101 years later, in 1974, Burlington was officially incorporated as a city.

Unlike a majority of cities in Ontario, Burlington doesn't have specific streets that mark its boundaries and is instead bordered by natural features like Lake Ontario, Niagara Escarpment, and neighbouring municipalities. As you could've guessed, Burlington is known for its scenic beauty as there are plenty of parks, trails, and conservation areas, including the beautiful Golden Horseshoe region!

This subdivision offers diverse housing ranging from waterfront condos to large rural estates. The median listing price for homes in Burlington is $1,227,150, which sell in approximately 16 median days while on the market.�It's also a top pick for commuters, boasting convenient connections to the 400 series highways and several GO Transit train and bus stations.
