## Caption

sushi bake for one🫶🏼 perfect little snack of lunch! 

How to make:
•cut nori sheet larger than your baking ramekin & place over it
•add 1/2 cup of cooked sushi rice in the center of nori sheet & use spoon to push rice down into ramekin 
•mince 2 sticks of imitation crab meat
•mix crab meat, 1/2 piece of salmon, 1 1/2 tbsp kewpie mayo & 1 tbsp sriracha
•add mixture on top of rice 
•bake at 400 for 15 min
•garnish with black sesame seeds & green onions
•eat with seaweed snack sheets & avocado
