Beat the Halloweekend scaries with this Ghost Mimosa 👻 

With just a few ingredients, this fun mimosa is the best surprise in a glass and perfect for a spooky brunch with friends or family!

Ghost Mimosa (makes 1)

Ghost Glitter Bomb
◻️ White cotton candy 
◻️ Edible orange luster dust
◻️ Black decorating gel icing

Mimosa
◻️ Ghost Glitter Bomb
◻️ 5 oz prosecco or champagne
◻️ 1 oz orange juice 
◻️ Dash pure vanilla extract

Ghost Glitter Bomb
1. Use your fingers to mold the cotton candy into a ghost or bell shape. Leave the bottom slightly hollowed out and allow excess cotton candy to hang on the bottom. 
2. Add a small scoop of edible luster dust to the hollowed center. Use your fingers to compress the excess cotton candy and seal the luster dust in.
3. Use a black decorating gel icing tube with a small tip to draw 3 circles on the ghost - 2 eyes and a mouth.

Mimosa
1. Add prosecco or champagne to a champagne flute.
2. When ready to serve, drop the Ghost Glitter Bomb into the glass and allow it to dissolve and transform. 
3. Add orange juice and vanilla extract and enjoy!
