Brock Women’s Hockey would like to extend a warm welcome to our 2022-23 Recruits! 🏒

Today, we’d like to introduce you to Sarah Nelles (@ssarahnelless) who comes to us from St. Anns, Ontario. Sarah has played hockey for 18 years now and most recently played for Mercyhurst University and plays Forward.

To this point in her career, Sarah’s most memorable hockey moments are winning the CHA championship in 2020 and playing at Nationals in Quebec in 2018.

Upon her arrival at Brock, Sarah will be studying Child and Youth Studies. When asked why she chose Brock, Sarah writes “I chose to come to Brock because of its great facilities, welcoming environment, and an inviting and competitive hockey program. To have the opportunity to play close to home, and for a winning university is exciting and I am looking forward to getting started.” Sarah adds, “I am excited to get started! I am looking forward to help continue the team’s success and build off of last year’s season, along with getting to know all of the girls and staff. Go Badgers!”

Welcome to Brock Women’s Hockey, Sarah! 🐾
