The SBJ Game Changers Conference is always a standout event on the calendar, and we were proud to see Darius Naficy, Chief Creative Officer in North America, play a big role in this year’s event.

On October 20th, Darius was honored at the SBJ Forty Under 40 gala ceremony in Las Vegas - an annual award that celebrates the best young talent across the sports industry. A week later, Darius was back on stage kicking off the 11th annual Game Changers Conference, as part of the opening panel discussing the trends and stories shaping the current trajectory of the sports industry.

It was also great to see the mentors and mentees taking part in the CSM Mentoring Challenge meet one another, kicking off another year of the mentorship programme.
