And tell your Idaho friends who are registered to vote to use their student IDs to vote in this 2023 election.

Idaho recently passed a law banning use of student IDs for voting, but that law, HB 124, does not take effect until Jan. 1, 2024. 

BABE VOTE & League of Women Voters of idaho are challenging that law + HB 340 in court, but no matter how the Idaho Supreme Court rules, it is still legal for registered voters to use their student IDs to vote in Idaho. So do it!!! And please share this with your friends who are eligible to vote.

PS-Idahoans who are not yet registered to vote CAN register at the polls now thru Nov. 3 during Early Voting (in some counties) or on Election Day - Nov. 7 (in almost all counties). But they have to have a current Idaho Driver’s License or current state ID or current concealed weapons license (yeah, seriously) or current Tribal ID or current US Passport to REGISTER to vote. AND they must bring proof of current residency to REGISTER to vote.
