Since then, his career has taken off, rivalling Petr Cech’s iconic stats in his first 50 Chelsea appearances, winning The Best Men's Goalkeeper, an iconic AFCON win with Senegal, the Club World Cup with Chelsea, and of course, keeping a record nine clean sheets in 12 games as Chelsea won the 2021 Champions League.
