At just 18 years old, Michael Owen had a breakout tournament at the 1998 World Cup. In England's opening group stage match vs. Tunisia, he became the youngest player to represent England at the World Cup, a record he still holds to this day. In their second group-stage match, he became England's youngest player to score at the World Cup. But his moment of brilliance came in the round of 16 with an incredible solo goal as he cut through the entire Argentina defense.
