First Friday Portraits 🥻 (with a story below)! 

things will align if you allow them (to), surrendering control of outcomes is a daily exercise (one at which I fail often), and maybe today, you, you reading this (more saying this for myself probably) can challenge yourself to relax into this present moment as you sift through these portraits that I am glad I took. 

BUT, that's not a story, that was a precursor. At the first friday in May, I took a photo of a cool dresser with clothes spilling out, i loved everything about it and what it stood for. fast forward to the next first friday which i participate in and show my prints, and which spot do i get?! right there by the dresser, which i had wanted to do portraits in front of during first friday but didn't ask for that spot: alignment, in a small yet big way. thanks for reading this lol.
