I had said on the iron tailgate stream I would be getting after a few of the events from the Rogue Invitational this week, and I started with my favorite one from the weekend. It was going great, until it wasn’t, and not working out for nearly a week caught up with me hard in the back half.

Used 44 lb kgs and did a 100 foot sled pull with 95 lbs on it to replace the uphill sandbag drag.
