Mix the yoghurt with the eggs, vanilla extract, zest of 1/2 lemon and olive oil until smooth. Fold in the bicarb and baking powder, then the oat, plain and almond flour. Do not over mix the batter. Tip into a large loaf or cake tin and top with the diced strawberries. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a tester inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean watching it doesnโ€™t burn. Cover with foil it starts to brown too quickly.
