I got a special invitation to run with my neighbor at her gotrna 5k tomorrow morning in flagstaff, AZ. Unfortunately I had to take a rain check because I’m in New York this weekend competing at the usatf Road 5k National Championships tomorrow morning!
You bet I’ll be bringing that sparkle energy with me as I enter into Central Park though! It’s such a good reminder of WHY I love doing this silly running thing. It’s for the girl inside me and the girls who are watching me and following in my footsteps. We got this. ✨ 
Paisley doesn’t have IG, but I’ll send this post to her mom. Everybody go leave her some good luck messages in the comments, I know she will get so hyped by that!!

Race details:
8:30am start time- the course map will be in stories- come cheer for us, New York!
USATF.TV will be live streaming the race for free if you’re looking to tune in!

Meet and greet opportunity:
I’ll be hanging out at the lululemon/ thenonameprogram HQ downtown tomorrow from 12-1 with 40 tiy_products hair ties to give away!
