## Caption

When the pressure begins to build before a big competition, I take a moment to reflect and remind myself of who I am, what I represent, and what a blessing it is to compete on the world’s biggest stage. I’m just a kid from Sicklerville, NJ. Growing up, I wasn’t even the best wrestler on my street. Yet, somehow I managed to become one of the best wrestlers that this country has ever seen. I’ve already won. In 3 days I get an opportunity to battle once again for a place atop the podium. I’m ready. World Championships 2019. ▪️
