Our friends at waterbearbar certainly put the "happy" in Happy Hour. 

Owned by two talented bartenders, waterbearbar curates a welcoming space where everyone can grab a nice cocktail (or mocktail) whether it's a classic or one with a modern twist; a place where you can enjoy small bites such as Hama Hama oysters; a "mountain tropical" escape nestled in downtown Boise on the corner of 9th and Jefferson. 

⏰ Happy Hour is daily from 4pm to 6pm (all night on Tuesdays)
