me and my girls are off to nationals !!! so so proud of all the work this team has put in and so thankful i get to be a part of something as special as we have.

todays race for me was ROUGH. but reminding myself of my team when it hurt kept me goin:) i’ve had lots of stomach issues/nausea the past few days, and i definitely felt that this morning, but hey shit happens(literally)🤪. that’s the fun of this sport! sometimes you feel great and other times you just gotta do what you can ON THAT DAY. everyday is different, every race is different 🥰

TODAY was incredible!! got to run my first ever 6k with flagler_wxctf and can’t wait for MANY MORE❤️💛🏃🏼‍♀️
