The Mets are naming Yankees bench coach Carlos Mendoza their manager, The Post has learned.

The two sides agreed to terms on Monday after Mendoza served as Aaron Boone’s bench coach the last four seasons.

Mendoza succeeds the fired Buck Showalter.
