i’ve been on the search for a protein powder that tastes great & makes me feel good… welp 1stphorm checked those boxes & more 🫡 i’ve been trying out their proteins, collagen, & greens powders for a while to make sure they pass the vibe check. & i can confidently say i love every bit of these 3 products 😋

get excited for the recipes in this post & here is the recipe for the pumpkin smoothie !!! ↴⁣
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 c pumpkin purée 
- 1 scoop 1stphorm pumpkin protein
- 1 tbs flaxseed
- giant dash of cinnamon
- sprinkle of pumpkin pie or all spice
- 1 c almond milk
- handful of ice
blend until smooth. top with/ granola + more cinnamon. & enjoy :)
