✨ MY FATHER'S PLACE✨

Last week, I had an AMAZING time on my first visit to myfathersplace 🍔🥤🍟

This charming spot has been a staple in the McCall community since 1989, and it's clear why. The history, the mouthwatering menu, and the welcoming atmosphere makes an easy choice. 

First off, let's talk about the food! 

We dove into their artisan burgers - I tried the Helitac (1/4lb with Blue Cheese, Bacon, BBQ Sauce, & an Onion Ring)  and TJ had the Fire House (1/4LB. With Cheddar, Jalapenos & Bacon) , both absolute fire! 🍔

Of course, we had to pair the burgers with onion rings and sweet potato fries, it was a match made in burger heaven.

For our vegetarians, I must mention Paula's World Famous Veggie Nut Burger. It’s a secret In-House Vegetarian Burger Served on a Whole Wheat Bun With Jack Cheese, Grilled Onions-N-Mushrooms (glturn-free if you get the GF Bun). 

To fully maximize our experience, we washed it all down with their legendary shakes (I got the Pumpkin Pie Shake – a must-try!) 🥧

But what truly made the experience special was our chat with Cosette, one of the co-owners (Tabitha is a co-owner &  Cosette’s sister), who shared the rich history of myfathersplace with us. Learning about its origins and evolution into a McCall tradition was eye-opening! Thanks to Cosette and the incredible My Father's Place staff;  you made our visit even more memorable. 

Also, shoutout to Ardi Shurtleff-Meckel, a local artist that adds a unique touch to the restaurant's atmosphere! 🎨

myfathersplace isn't just a restaurant; it's a place where memories are created, and it's a true family affair. With a vintage feel that transcends generations, it's more than just a meal; it's an experience.
