Quick tip.... when you're speaking to your customers via social media make sure you address them as individuals.  Avoid assuming you have a whole bunch of people that are watching your video. Customers don't like to think they're just a number in a crowd. They want to believe their custom and support is important to you. Speak to them. Give them your time. Solve their problems and in doing so try to avoid those phrases I've mentioned.

Instead, look them in the eye and make them feel.... special 😍
