cilantro lime shrimp tostadas | jumbo shrimp with fresh pico, lime & guacamole served on crispy parmesan tortillas✨

•in a bowl marinate raw jumbo shrimp with 1tbsp olive oil, 1tsp garlic, 1tsp paprika, 1tbsp chopped cilantro & squeeze of lime
•in a skillet on med heat add 1tbsp butter, 1tsp butter & sliced bell peppers
•add in shrimp & continuously stir until shrimp are pink
•fry up corn tortillas on griddle or skillet with oil  until very crispy & top with parmesan 
•load tostadas with guacamole, shrimp, pico de gallo, more parmesan & hot sauce
