Mental Health Partners is honoring the collective experience of the COVID-19 pandemic through our  new Moving Through series, which acknowledges  the grief of this past year, while building resilience  and creating hope for the year ahead.  This week we are celebrating our resilience as a community. 

1. Build your connections - connect with your friends and family digitally or in a safe way 

2. Notice thought patterns - it can be difficult to remain optimistic during uncertain times. For every negative thought you recognize, offer three positive alternatives 

3. Focus on physical wellness - prioritize sleep, healthy eating, maintaining hydration and remaining active 

4. Believe in your ability to overcome - you've come so far and it's important to recognize that. You can continue to overcome

5. Cope in healthy ways that work for you - now is the time to hone in on your healthy coping skills and that looks different for everyone
