Paprika Beans & Buckwheat! Smoky, simple, and yes, using a whole jar of sun-dried tomatoes (which yes, might be reconstituting the sun-dried tomato, but I promise, it works)

It’s a riff on your classic brothy beans, but with an injection of smoky-sweet flavor that just grows as you simmer it for over an hour. Time = great soup, and great soup = great beans.
