▢ 5 cloves garlic minced
▢ 1 ½ cup bean sprouts
▢ 3 stalks green onions cut into 2 inch pieces 
(whites and greens separated)

▢ 1 teaspoon sesame oil to finish

Sauce
▢ 2 tablespoon soy sauce
▢ 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
▢ 2 teaspoon sugar
▢ ⅛ teaspoon white pepper
▢ 1 tablespoon water
