🍸 Empress Clover Club 

▢  2 oz Empress Elderflower Rose Gin

▢  1 oz Raspberry Simple Syrup***

▢  1/2 oz Lemon Juice 

▢  1 Egg white

▢  Garnish: 3 fresh raspberries

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled and frothy. Pour into a chilled coup glass, and garnish with raspberries to serve. #sipresponsibly

*** Raspberry Syrup: Dissolve 1 cup sugar in 1/2 cup water in a pot on low heat. Once dissolved add 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, and macerate into a pulp. Remove and fine-strain the syrup to remove the berry’s tiny seeds. Chill before using.
