An invaluable day of learnings from globally renowned Dr. Jackson Katz jacksontkatz — whom we brought in to conduct an all day training program for our employees of our companies. 

Combating gender & racial bias, harassment, bullying & violence. 

Today we focused on women as victims of harassment and abuse - and the critical role that us men play in its prevention. 

We live in a dominant culture and I encourage us men to continue to work hard to expand the definition of what it means to be a man — and the role we play in respecting, protecting, standing up for and empowering our women.
