Dr. Meg Jay is no stranger to Semester at Sea, in fact it's where she has been  able to spend two voyages with her "favorite age group" - twentysomethings!  

Meg Jay sailed as a professor on Semester at Sea in the spring of 2020 and the fall of 2022, and her books and interviews have appeared in articles with @nytimes, @wsj, @NPR, and more. In her time with us, she discusses how the experiences on ship  - in which voyagers go without constant access to their phones - helped grow global citizens during the SP20 voyage and beyond, and how students on Semester at Sea are, "figuring out how to move forward and get out in the world and create the lives they want."
