I saw something the other day that had me cracking up and tearing up at the same time 😂: ‘You can’t be LEGenDArY without LEG DAY.’ 

Mondays mean leg day with sandersfit_, and I suspect he planned it that way to kick off the week with a challenge. 

Leg day hurts so bad but the results are sooooo good. That’s what I love about my fitness journey. It’s really helped me grasp the adage “mind over matter”. 

So instead of dreading Mondays, I just flip the script—I embrace both the new start as well as the challenges that the week ahead may hold. I kinda look at it as a step closer to my legendary self, and at the end of the day, it hasn’t killed me yet and what doesn’t kill you … makes your legs look great in clothes 😂 #yktv
