Herban Flow was opened in 2022 by owners Mike and Caitlyn Smith to help locals find alternatives to alcohol, and learn more about how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whether you’re sober, sober curious, or just looking for something different, you’ve got to check them out. 

In the front of their shop, you’ll find zero-proof wine, spirits, alcohol-free bitters, and more. You can even build your own 6-pack of non-alcoholic beers. The back half of the shop features their “functional” beverages. We’re talking medicinal mushrooms, adaptogens, CBD, kava, kratom, and more.
