This music reminds me of being a kid in a candy store, which is exactly how I felt after finally being able to get back on the mat. 

It’s fascinating and I forget how much the body adapts to using working out as a form of therapy. 

From a physiological and emotional perspective, wrestling just checks all the boxes for me to feel so dialed in and in my creative flow. It’s nice to have this outlet again 🤗
