Ethan Adams shared a few words about his experience, his plans after graduation, and why he would recommend the apprenticeship route to other potential students! ⬇️

"The apprenticeship program gave me an opportunity to have structure on a topic that I enjoy. It has provided connections and resources to people who are qualified to teach others (Bill Bicket, Joey Henke as exemplary examples) and has made me realize that putting in a little bit of effort can go a long way." 
 
"My plan after graduation is to finish college and receive an electrical engineering degree. I hope to use my journeymans license as a backup. I would like to work a few years as an in-house engineer for an electrical contractor and after maybe work in designing systems for use in the field." 
 
"Being an apprentice is a great method for anyone trying to find what they want out of life. The education side can transfer towards higher education, and the licenses(journeymans, etc) can be used at any point in life to find a decent paying job. I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do as a career before starting my electrical apprenticeship, but that changed as I was educated on foreman positions, superintendent positions, and what it takes for an electrical engineering position. In the end, you get out of the program what you put in. The more care, attention, and hard work you give, the farther it will take you."
