INGREDIENTS
Cake:
3c all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1c vegetable oil
4 eggs
1c packed light brown sugar
1c granulated sugar
1 can pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla extract 
Pecans (optional)

Icing:
1c powdered sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp softened butter
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4-1/2c maple syrup
