Caught between fear of failure and fear of success?

I want you to embrace the chase to be great at whatever matters to you. Not the rewards. Everyone wants the rewards.

I’m talking about the chase, the pursuit, the work. Whatever it means for you, however it shows up in your life, I want you to #EmbracetheChase.

The chase begins with your mindset.

An average mindset wastes time debating easy questions with easy answers instead of taking decisive action. It’s a delay tactic and an excuse generator to avoid the work.

It’s a huge reason why most people never make a serious attempt to be be great. They think about it. They talk about it. They plan for it. But they never really try.

What are you going to do?
