INGREDIENTS:
8 large apples, peeled and diced ​
8 tablespoons butter​
2 cups brown sugar​
1 teaspoon cinnamon​
½ cup almond milk​
½ cup heavy cream​
2 tablespoons vanilla extract ​
2 teaspoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce​
2 puff pastry doughs 

DIRECTIONS:
Peel and dice 8 apples. ​
In a skillet, add all the ingredients except for the puff pastry.​
Stir and simmer on medium-low heat for 15 minutes.​
Cut both puff pastry doughs into 12 even squares.​
Place each square in cupcake pan. ​
Fill centers with apple mixture.​
Bake each pan at 400°F for 15 minutes or until golden/crisp. Remove and serve warm!
