⭐️ The purpose of Movement For The Soul is to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga increases awareness of the self and gives the opportunity to SLOW DOWN and create breaks in the mind from our hectic days.

Working out in a group creates community, and fulfills the human need to have interaction. Another fruit of the spirit - togetherness.
