The holiday season is my favorite time of year to bake. #ad There is just something so magical about baking with quality ingredients like Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour. This flour is conveniently available at Target in the baking aisle and is the perfect swap for regular flour. In fact, my Candy Russian Tea Cakes came out delicious & perfect with this flour. There are absolutely no taste or texture differences when baking with this flour either! My Tea Cakes came out perfectly round and baked up to sweet perfection!

If you want to also bake up a batch this season, find the recipe below. 
1 cup of unsalted butter (room temp) 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar + 1./2 cup for rolling tea cakes 
1/4 teaspoon salt 
2 1/4 cups of Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour 
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 
1 teaspoon of almond extract 
3/4 cup mini chocolate candies .

Preheat oven to 400F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a stand mixer, add butter, 1/2 cup of sugar, and extracts. Blend until whipped and creamy. Slowly add in the flour at low speed. Fold in the candies. Remove the dough and cover it in plastic wrap. Chill for 30 minutes before forming tablespoon-sized balls. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack and cool for 5 minutes before rolling in powdered sugar. Enjoy!
