If you’re like me and Friendsgiving snuck up on your early this year 😅 have no fear - the Moscow Mule Sangria is here! 

This batch cocktail is the perfect crowd-pleaser because it blends together two iconic drinks - white wine sangria and and Moscow Mules! Fall flavors of apple butter, persimmon, and cinnamon combine with fresh lime, ginger beer, and white wine for a beautiful blend of flavors fit for any Friendsgiving get together. Cheers 🥂 !

Moscow Mule Sangria (makes 6-8 servings)
◻️ 2 oz vodka
◻️ 1/3 cup apple butter
◻️ 1 apple, sliced
◻️ 1 persimmon, sliced
◻️ 1 lime, sliced
◻️ 1 bottle white wine
◻️ 2 cups ginger beer
◻️ Garnish: Cinnamon sticks and star anise

Directions
1. Add vodka and apple butter to a pitcher. Stir to dissolve the apple butter. Add sliced fruit and white wine to the pitcher. Let flavors meld together for 30 minutes to an hour. 
2. When ready to serve, add chilled ginger beer and stir to combine.
3. Divide into glasses over ice. If desired, garnish with cinnamon sticks and star anise.
