## Caption

Read this caption —> Three things I want you to understand about this list of “5 Don’ts”. 1. This isn’t judgment. It’s strategy.

2. If you do/have done any of these, the course of your life changes and gets considerably more difficult. Do everything in your power to eliminate them.

3. You can absolutely recover from any of these, many of you have, but it takes a while and costs a lot.

You have to make choices just like we all do.

This is identifying what works vs what doesn’t and being smart + strategic. Good people make mistakes. I make mistakes.

But we can all be disciplined about the mistakes we risk and the ones we don’t.

If you watched or read all of this, comment “I hear ya BK!” to let me know. ❤️
