Peppepercorn Cream Sauce:
▪️1 cup heavy cream 
▪️1 medium shallot, diced
▪️3 tbsp fresh cracked peppercorn (plus more as needed)
▪️3/4 cup beef stock
▪️1/4 cup brandy or cognac 
▪️ 1 stick butter 
🟢TO MAKE: Melt butter over medium heat in skillet. Add in peppercorns and shallots. Sauté 3 mins or until fragrant. Deglaze with brandy. Add in beef stock. Stir in cream. Simmer for 5 mins stirring fairly often. Serve immediately.
