Also, you DO not need to have postpartum anxiety or depression to call the hotline. Maybe you are just having a really hard day and need a listening ear — that’s fine too. 

Support goes a long way and this being an option for moms is incredible. 

I found this resource while I was in the trenches of early postpartum anxiety and I can say that looking back, just having someone to talk to even if it was just once, went a long way. I have come a lot further in my journey and no longer feel weighed down by anxiety daily, so I absolutely believe that progress and healing is possible. ❤️
