## Caption

It might sound cliché but athletes can tell as early as warmups if their day will go well. That's what happened to Somers senior Julia Wilkinson (pictured) on Nov. 17.

She knew during the warmups of the NYSPHSAA and Federation championships at the Webster Aquatic Center that she was going to have a good day.

"I got a good feel for the board and my dives during warmups," Wilkinson said. "I came out feeling positive about how the rest of the day would go."
