Kathryn was stuck. She dealt with daily pain originating from high school sports. She wasn't exercising, she wanted to heal and she didn't know how. But she knew something had to change.

Staying in one place had become more uncomfortable than trying something new. 

So, she began her personal journey working with a professional coach. Kathryn received a customized program tailored to her individual needs, goals and lifestyle.

A year later?

She doesn't obsessively count calories. She allows herself to rest. Her labs have improved, she doesn't have daily pain and she's setting PRs.

 If you’re thinking about your health, your fitness, or improving your mental state, take the step. You can always stop if it doesn’t work out, but I guarantee you won’t!"
