We’re looking for a **Production Assistant** (Editor/Shooter) to support our growing slate of VOD and live productions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a strong grasp of both technical production and social media storytelling.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Assist in the execution of live and VOD productions, including setup, recording, and post-production.
* Edit short-form and long-form content using **Adobe Premiere Pro** and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
* Create engaging social media videos from live shows, optimized for platforms like **TikTok** and **Instagram**.
* Support on-set production needs including camera operation, lighting setup, and general AV troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with producers and editors to ensure content meets brand standards and deadlines.
* Organize and manage media assets and project files efficiently.

### **Qualifications**

* Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro**, After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, and how to tailor content for each.
* Experience with **Sony FX3, FX6, FX9** and basic lighting setups.
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* A collaborative mindset with a passion for sports and digital media.
