Macro Friendly Big Mac Bowl!
Ingredients:
Roasted Potatoes
Shredded Lettuce
90/10 Ground Beef
Tomatoes
Onions
Pickles
Cheese
Big Mac Sauce!
I started with a half cup of Greek yogurt as the base, but this was for 2 people & we had extra leftover. Adjust as necessary!
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Ketchup
2 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Relish
Sprinkle in Paprika
Add in a little White Vinegar (I didn’t measure this one, just went by taste 😁)
