Creamy Leek & Roast Tomato Mac n Cheese🍅🧀 Credits to cooking.with.abi for whipping up this warming classic using the delicious Arla B.O.B lower fat cheddar and semi-skimmed milk - they really taste as good as full fat! Recipe (serves 4): 1 leek 200g cherry tomatoes 4tbsp butter 50g plain flour 200g Arla B.O.B cheese 750ml Arla B.O.B milk 1 vegetable stock cube 250g spirali pasta 1tsp English mustard 1tbsp olive oil 50g panko breadcrumbs Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees (fan). Melt the butter in a large saucepan on a medium heat. Slice the leek into thin rounds and add to the melted butter. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. Season with salt and pepper. Add the flour to the leeks and cook for 2 minutes and stir until well coated. Boil the pasta until cooked but still with a slight bite.
