Mama Mia Meatballs 🍝 The keys to proper meatballs are the breadcrumb slurry and slowly finishing them in your sauce 🤌🏾

Meatballs:
🔸 1 lb beef
🔸 1/2 lb veal
🔸 1/2 lb pork
🔸 2 eggs
🔸 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
🔸 1/2 cup milk
🔸 1/2 onion, diced
🔸 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
🔸 2 tbsp salt
🔸 2 tbsp pepper
🔸 3 tbsp olive oil

1️⃣ Saute diced onion in olive oil over medium heat until sweet and caramelized. Remove from heat and let cook.
2️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, add veal, beef, pork, parsley, Parmesan, 2 eggs and salt and pepper. In a separate bowl combine 1/2 cup breadcrumbs with 1/4 cup milk, mix and immediately add to beef mixture. Fold everything together carefully. Form mixture into golfball sized balls and set aside.
3️⃣ Heat a skillet to medium heat. Add 1 tbsp olive oil. Brown meatballs in batches cooking about 3 mins per side. Remove meatballs from skillet.
