Add egg whites to one bowl and yolks to a seperate large bowl. - Beat egg whites until fluffy. They should form stiff peaks. - Add 1.5 cups of white sugar to the egg yolks. - Gradually beat in a whole bottle of brandy to the egg yolks. - Beat in a shot of dark rum to egg yolks and brandy. Beat in a quart of half and half. - Fold in egg whites over the top of the egg yolks. - Sprinkle a tsp of nutmeg on top of the egg whites. - Cover with saran wrap and let the nog ferment for 24 hours in the fridge before serving.
