I’ve been making this frittata recipe every Christmas morning for 20 years. It’s become a family tradition, and I am so excited to share it with you! I’m pairing it with sutterhomewines crisp Chardonnay. Its creaminess and smooth apple flavors compliment this frittata perfectly. Sutter Home is a family-owned winery in one of my favorite California towns, St. Helena. It’s the most charming property with beautiful views, a gorgeous Victorian, and a stunning rose garden! The Best Frittata Recipe 10 large eggs 16 ounces small curd cottage cheese 16 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese 4.5 ounces canned chopped green chilis 4 ounces diced pimentos 1/4 cup melted butter 1/4 cup chopped green onions 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Mix everything in a large mixing bowl.
