I’ve been making this frittata recipe every Christmas morning for 20 years. It’s become a family tradition, and I am so excited to share it with you! I’m pairing it with sutterhomewines crisp Chardonnay. Its creaminess and smooth apple flavors compliment this frittata perfectly.

The Best Frittata Recipe
10 large eggs
16 ounces small curd cottage cheese
16 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4.5 ounces canned chopped green chilis
4 ounces diced pimentos
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Mix everything in a large mixing bowl.
Pour it into a large cast iron skillet.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
