Having a consistent schedule is mandatory and probably the most important factor. Consistent physical activity doesn’t just help you reach your fitness goals. It’s helps you balance your cortisol hormone which is how well we manage stress and promotes better rest when you sleep. So, figure out your days and stick to them no matter what
Hydration
Very underrated in my opinion. It aids in transporting nutrients throughout the body and helps you recover. I personally drink at least 7 bottles of water a day. I make the conscious effort to intake my water. The way I do it is every 2 hours I drink a bottle. What I find helpful for my clients is that they have those big jugs and have marked times down the jug to tell them when it’s time to start drinking their water. STAY HYDRATED PEOPLE
